1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LUNESA Pet Report service ("Service") operated by DKA LUNESA ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
LUNESA Pet Report provides personalised pet analysis reports ("Reports") generated using an Eastern birth-energy framework and AI technology. Reports are delivered as PDF files to your nominated email address. Reports are for personal reflection and emotional connection only. They do not constitute veterinary, medical, behavioural, or psychological advice.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed upon successful payment. Reports are typically delivered within 5–10 minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 minutes.
4. Refund Policy
As Reports are personalised digital products generated specifically for each order, we generally do not offer refunds once a Report has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your Report, please contact us at dkalunesa@gmail.com within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to: • Provide accurate information when placing your order • Use the Report for personal use only • Not reproduce, distribute, or resell the Report without our written permission • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and Reports produced by our Service are owned by DKA LUNESA. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use your Report for personal purposes only.
7. Disclaimer
Reports are provided for informational and reflective purposes only. DKA LUNESA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Reports. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
