We collect the following personal information: • Name and email address — to deliver your report • Pet details (name, species, date of birth) — to generate your report • Your date of birth (optional) — to include a bond analysis layer • Payment information — processed by Stripe; we do not store card details • Usage data and access logs — to improve our service

We use your information solely to: • Generate and deliver your personalised pet report (PDF) • Send transactional emails related to your order • Improve the quality of our service We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We engage the following trusted providers to operate our service. Each provider processes data only as necessary to perform their function.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services: • Order and report records: 3 years after service delivery • Payment records: 5 years (legal requirement) • Upon request: deleted promptly in accordance with your rights
